AI Disclosure Policy
How PeakSpire uses artificial intelligence across our website, voice assistant, and services.

PeakSpire Inc. (“PeakSpire”) believes in transparency about how we use artificial intelligence. This policy explains where AI is used in our business, what data it processes, and how human oversight is maintained.
1. Summit: Our AI Voice Assistant
When you call PeakSpire at (343) 842-4444, your call is answered by Summit, our AI-powered voice assistant. Here is what you should know:
What Summit Does
- Answers questions about PeakSpire’s services, pricing, and process
- Checks appointment availability on our calendar
- Books discovery calls on your behalf
- Collects your name, email, and phone number for follow-up
- Transfers calls to a human when requested or when the situation requires it
How Summit Works
- Technology: Summit uses OpenAI’s Realtime API for speech-to-speech conversation. Your voice is streamed to OpenAI’s servers in the United States, processed, and a spoken response is generated in real time.
- Voice: Summit uses a synthetic voice. It is not a human.
- Knowledge: Summit is trained on PeakSpire-specific information only. It cannot browse the internet or access information outside its training.
- Recording: All calls are recorded via Telnyx (our phone provider) and transcribed using OpenAI’s Whisper service. A recording notice is played at the start of every call.
Limitations
- Summit may occasionally provide inaccurate information. All bookings and commitments are verified by our team.
- Summit cannot process payments, sign contracts, or make binding commitments on behalf of PeakSpire.
- Complex or sensitive discussions are transferred to Siraj Ahmadzai (founder) directly.
2. AI-Assisted Content
Some content on our website and marketing materials is created with AI assistance. This includes blog posts, social media content, and email drafts. Our process:
- AI tools generate initial drafts or suggestions
- All content is reviewed, edited, and approved by our team before publishing
- Facts, claims, and statistics are verified by a human before they appear on our site
- AI is a tool in our workflow, not a replacement for human judgement
3. AI Call Scoring
After phone calls, we may use AI to analyse the conversation for quality assurance purposes. This includes:
- Categorizing the call outcome (booked, interested, declined, etc.)
- Extracting key information shared during the call (name, business type, service interest)
- Scoring the interaction for quality improvement
No automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made based on AI scoring alone. Scoring informs our internal process improvement and is always reviewed by a human.
4. Data Processed by AI
The following data may be processed by AI systems:
- Voice audio: Your spoken words during phone calls (processed by OpenAI Realtime API)
- Call recordings: MP3 files sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription
- Caller information: Name, phone number, and context from previous interactions (provided to Summit for personalized responses)
- Website content drafts: Text processed by AI writing tools (does not include your personal data)
5. Your Options
You have the following options regarding AI interactions:
- Request a human: During any call with Summit, you can ask to speak with a human. Summit will transfer the call or arrange a callback.
- Email instead: You can contact us at info@peakspire.ca if you prefer not to interact with AI.
- Book directly: You can schedule a meeting at cal.com/peakspire without going through Summit.
- Request deletion: You can request that your call recordings and transcripts be deleted by emailing info@peakspire.ca.
6. Human Oversight
PeakSpire is a founder-led business operated by Siraj Ahmadzai. AI is used to extend our capabilities, not to replace human accountability. Specifically:
- All AI-generated content is reviewed before publishing
- All bookings made by Summit are confirmed by our team
- All client communications are reviewed by the founder
- AI call scores are used for process improvement, not for decisions about individual callers
- We do not use AI to make automated decisions that affect your rights or access to services
7. Updates to This Policy
As our use of AI evolves, we will update this policy to reflect new tools and practices. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
